Postodonisaserverthatwillposttomastodonatagiveninterval,witheachpostconsistingofanintroandcontent.ThisprojectwasforkedfrompromptodonasIsawtheuseofamoregeneralpurposeinterval-basedpostingbot.

Youcaneitherrunthebotrawusingnodeorrunitinadockercontainerusingtheprovideddocker-compose.ymlfile.Ifyoufindanyissueswiththatfile,feelfreetoopenanissue.SeeHOWTO.mdformoreusageinfo.

Postodonwillposttoadesignatedmastodonaccountonadailybasisbydefault.Itdoesthisbytakinganintro(takenfromasinglelineintheintros.txtfileyouprovide)andapieceofcontent(takenfromasinglelineinthecontent.txtfileyouprovide)andconcatenatesthetwotogether,separatedbyasingleemptyline,andsendsaPOSTrequesttothedesignatedserver.Theaccountonthatservertowhichtheaccesstokenbelongstowillbetheaccountyoupostto.Youmustcreatetheaccesstokenbeforehandorelseyourbotwillnotknowwhichaccounttopostto.
